Doug Taylor-President

Doug has over 36 years experience. Prior to starting Taylor's, Doug was a partner in another body shop and elected to sell his part. He also worked for an insurance company for ten years, first as an automobile damage appraiser and then as a Claims Supervisor. 


May Taylor- Sec./ Treas..

May started in the business with her husband 21 years ago in the front office answering the telephone and taking care of all the paper work. May was a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent before entering the business. With her experience in the insurance industry, she was able to help the customers deal with their insurance claims.

Melissa Mahon-Office Manager

Melissa has been with Taylor's for 18 years and handles the front office. She handles the customer's questions and concerns in dealing with their insurance company. She is hands on and takes a great amount of pride in Taylor's customer satisfaction.

Angela Campbell-Office Secretary

Angela came to work at Taylor's on September of 2003 and is the nice voice one hears when calling Taylor's. She answers the telephone, orders parts and takes care of all the scheduling. 

Marcie Llera- Office Assistant

Marcie works part time and assists anywhere in the office she is needed. 

Chris Taylor-General Manager

Chris came into the business full time 10 years ago. Chris attended Vale Tech appraisal school. With Chris’ background in business, he has computerized payroll, bookkeeping and the entire office procedures. Chris is also our backup damage appraiser and has begun taking more responsibility from his father. 

Robert Kidd-Estimator

Robert came to Taylor's eight years ago after thirteen years as an automobile damage appraiser with a major insurance company. Although Robert primarily writes estimates, he can also assist customers when they have questions about their claim. He understands the process and is always willing to help.



Vincent Sweeney-Production Manager

Vincent has been with Taylor's for 15 years. Vincent also has a background as an automobile damage appraiser with a major insurance company. As Production Manager, he keeps track of the process of your vehicle from the time of arrival to the day it is delivered. He and Melissa work very closely to make sure the promised date is met and the quality of repairs is foremost. Vince is also available when repairs are completed to answer any questions the customer has about the repair process. 

Taylor's is conveniently located at 495 Brookway Drive l/2 mile north of the Rt. 250 By-Pass. We also provide local shuttle service for our customers.
